Since November 2006, Anne has worked as a Senior Investigator at Ashdale, undertaking complex misconduct, fraud and grievance investigations, as well as reviews of professional conduct for various departments and boards.

Anne began her experience working as a community worker with the North Queensland Prisoners' Aid Society. Anne then gained extensive experience in her role of Compliance Advisor and Area Service Officer with Workcover Queensland. The experience gained included conducting investigations which involved gathering evidence, negotiation and assisting employers to adopt successful rehabilitation programmes.

In her role as Compliance Advisor Anne investigated and prosecuted fraud related offences. She provided risk management advice, interviewed witnesses, prepared briefs of evidence and appeared in court.
