For the past five years Bryan has been the Managing Director and a Consultant Investigator for Ashdale Integrity Solutions. His experience includes conducting and managing workplace investigations for state and Local Government authorities, administration reviews and Code of Conduct training.

Bryan has undertaken complex investigations into suspected official misconduct and complex workplace issues involving senior management including CEOs and Directors-General of government agencies.

More recently Bryan has been engaged as a consultant to assist large organisations to implement comprehensive complaints management systems and ethics programs.

Prior to commencing with Ashdale, Bryan had extensive experience with the Queensland Police Service, including working as an Investigator/Reviewing Officer at the CJC/CMC and investigating organised crime, child abuse and juvenile crime.

Advanced Diploma (Investigations), Licensed Investigator, Certificate IV - Workplace Assessment and Training, ICARE Trained
