Since 2006 Gavin has been Ashdale's Training Development Manager and a Consultant Investigator and Mediator. He has conducted official misconduct and misconduct investigations as well as complex workplace grievance investigations for a variety of public and private sector clients. He has more recently conducted procedural reviews sitting on investigation panels as an external investigator for public sector clients.

Gavin's primary role at Ashdale is development and facilitation of training. His knowledge and skills in training development and experience gained in conducting workplace investigations means he is able to provide relevant training which is industry specific and current.

He gained extensive investigative experience with the Queensland Police Service where he served for 18 years. Gavin applied his experience for several years in a training role where he developed and facilitated training across a broad range of training needs including operational skills and IT systems.

Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (Partial), Diploma of Public Safety (Policing), Licensed Investigator, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
