Steve joined Ashdale in 2010, bringing over 8 years of investigating experience with him. As Principal Investigator, Steve is responsible for conducting complex investigations and reviews.

Prior to joining Ashdale, he was the Manager for the Ethics and Misconduct Investigations section within a private consultancy. He was responsible for managing and conducting complex investigations, as well as providing training to industry peers regarding investigations.

Steve has also worked as a Factual Investigator and has conducted complex fire claim insurance investigations.
