Strategic Communication Skills The Strategic Communication Skills workshop identifies a range of workplace relevant communications techniques which can be easily applied in any work environment or any interactive event. Effective communicators can - minimise an organisation’s exposure to harmful workplace incidents including:

- internal and external complaints, and
- negative client expectations/experiences; and
- potentially protect an organisation from unnecessary expense and litigation.
