Virginia is responsible for conducting complex investigations and overseeing indepth reviews for public sector clients.

Joining Ashdale in 2005, she specialises in in-depth analysis of individual cases in order to determine the appropriateness of decision-making and risk assessment, the adequacy of service delivery, the effectiveness of case management and compliance with legislation and local policy and procedures.

She formerly worked as a Recruitment Consultant and then in Human Resources for the University of Queensland for ten years.

Qualifications
Virginia holds a Diploma of Justice Administration, Certificate III in Investigative Services, Certificate in Corporate Investigations and a Private Investigator's license.
