The Witness Support Program was designed to provide specialised guidance, support and assistance to individuals involved in an internal workplace investigation. It provides a 24 hour contact point and is staffed by qualified professionals that are independent from the organisation and the investigation process.
The Witness Support Program offers witnesses:
• Information and guidance throughout the investigative process
• Information and referrals regarding additional support and
assistance (psychological, physiological and psycho-social resources).

Like the Witness Support Program the Managerial Support Program provides the same support services to Managers who are managing an investigation.
This program provides:

• The development of strategies to manage the impact of the
investigation
• Referrals for staff (psychological, physiological and psycho-social
resources) |

Ashdale Integrity Solutions have a pool of mediators who have completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program through The University of Queensland Australian Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies.
Ashdale Integrity Solutions mediators work individually and collectively with the parties involved to facilitate a positive resolution.
